Refund Policy

We stand behind every product. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 90 days of your purchase date — even if the container is empty. No questions asked.

Email support@trysorina.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will confirm your eligibility and provide next steps within one business day.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been processed, depending on your bank or card issuer.

For most refunds you will not need to ship the product back. If a return is requested, we'll provide instructions. Do not send items back without contacting us first, as unrequested returns cannot be tracked to your account.

You may cancel a subscription at any time before the next billing date. Refunds for subscription orders follow the same 90-day guarantee outlined above.

If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, contact us within 14 days and we'll ship a replacement at no cost to you.
